Setup & Installation

Create your own HelloBar: You can use a template from the templates menu or start with a black bar and create your own. Creating a HelloBar requires just two steps:
- Content: Add the text for the HelloBar, including the text and action URL for the action button.
- Configuration: Configure the HelloBar's look & feel.
Add the HelloBar to your website: Goto the Export Code tab and copy the script provided. Add the script to the Footer code section under the Custom Code of your site's settings.

Publish your website: Publish your website on Webflow to see your HelloBar in action.

FAQs

Can a HelloBar be created for different web pages in the same Webflow project?

At the moment, we only support creating a HelloBar that will be shown across the website. This will change in subsequent releases.
Why don't I see the HelloBar on the published website even though I've added it to the Custom Code section?

The script must be added to the "Footer Code" in the Custom Code section of your Webflow project's settings. Please check if this is added to the right section. If it still isn't showing up, please create a ticket here, and we will help you trouble shoot.
